Camp's wonderful! (:
& i learnt many things during the 2 days camp.
but actually it's not really a camp, it's a stayover instead. hah.
My grp consists of Sister helen, Kiankei,
chenhui, leslie, Damien , cindy and me ! :DD They're a great bunch!
i learnt quite a number of things during this stayover.
Faithfullness, Available, Teachable, Servanthood, Obedient.
yes that's FATSO in short!
& also to learn from experiences, self awareness and Focus.
During worship, i kept hearing this over and over again.
" Go on amanda, perserve in thethings that you do and
don't be afraid of diffculties. Don't give up.
Also, to Forgive and Forget. "
I know what God is telling me and i broke down because i realised
that God has given me many chances but i just ignore it.
I want to thank God
Thank God for all the blessings he had given me (:
There are many activities we did during camp!
Ice breakers like " ice- man" and the hardest will
be the name game. We need to switch our names like for e.g. Chen Hui
so it becomes Hhen Cui. hahahahaha !
yea and that's one of my group members name! (:
Going out in our groups to look for goodies to put in
our self made hamper, home visitations, "shi zi lu kou" and the S- race!
our grp self made hampers for the families!
I don't have the pictures for shi zi lu kou but what i learn from this activity
is to bargain with the food sellers? haha! Cindy is very good with that yea! (: We need to get
the food as fast and as cheap as possible! There's a part when we were eating ,
one lady said : " woah you all must be having fun! " , and that lim ah kei said ( softly to us )
" if fun u go try lo. " . This made cindy and me kept on laughing while we were eating!
S- race : we have to communicate with the public as we need to survey people
on how they see teenagers attitude. Played frisby with the little Jordan
and his family! Not forgetting we made a tall structure to put our eggs
inside it. The process is tough at the beginning because we need to make a strong base.
But i can say our structure is well done ! :D
& that's cindy and me teaching him how to play with the frisby.
